Billing & Service
The monthly payment for the 3G router or the prepaid options needs to be done by bank transfer before the service is installed. We will send you details of how to do this when you bill in the application form. The set up fee and monthly fee are payable by direct debit from a Spanish bank account at the beginning of the month following installation.
You have one week to trial the service and if you are not completely happy we will cancel the service and return your payment. If, for any reason, Movistar cannot install the service we will return your payment.
If you already have an internet TV service you can switch it to 3G or we can provide you with all of the free to air UK TV channels with 14 day catchup. For more details please go to our TV website – www.fever-pitch.com
The 3G service includes a new landline number with free calls to Spanish landlines. UK/EU landline calls are 3 cents/min + tax and Spain and UK/EU mobile calls are 5 cents/min + tax. If you have a landline number from another provider that you would like to keep we cannot port this number to the 3G service but can switch this number to our online service and you can keep and use the number for just 4,99€/month.

We can usually offer faster ADSL speeds and better prices than other providers.
